The Floor Tax is common-sense, simple, easy to implement and all-around wonderful.  Other advocates of the flat tax have recommended not taxing below a certain income level (exactly as the floor tax does) but the message of how that truly turns it into a progressive tax gets lost.

Because of this I thought it helpful to easily outline what a flat tax might look like.
